  • 150 staff around the world from different support functions: Industrial Property, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, Information Management, …

Approach

A 2 years assignment: 

  • Diagnosis to deeply understand the internal barometer results 
  • Design and follow-up of a sociodynamic action plan 
  • Regular coaching of the Man Com

Results

  • After 2 years: + 10% to 34% improvement of the internal barometer results (Engagement, Empowerment, Enablement, Entrepreneurship, Cooperation)
