- A renowned player in the cosmetics sector deploys an ERP-MES type Information System in its factories and logistics centers all over the world
- The first deployments face very great difficulties:
- Performance drops and service disruption for the business
- Deployment times extended by several months
- Many resistance to change or even rejection of the solution by users
- CIO & COO wish to secure, accelerate and make profitable these deployments

- 10 international sites with 250 to 600 employees (France, Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Poland, Russia, …)
